1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for an account or subscribing to AI Auto Blogger ("Service", "We", "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, safety, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Service or its generated outputs (text and images). You assume absolute risk for utilizing any AI-generated outputs.

3. Subscriptions, Fees and Refund Policy

We offer a single recurring subscription for $59.00 USD/mo (€59.00 EUR/mo for EU users). This includes a monthly API quota equivalent to $29.50 of raw API usage (derived using our 2x billing markup).

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Unused quotas do not roll over to subsequent months and expire automatically at the end of the billing period.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service or its owners be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill) arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim whatsoever shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim ($59.00).

5. Intellectual Property and Content

You own the generated articles and images. However, we make no guarantees that the generated outputs do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property or copyright. You are fully responsible for running due diligence and scanning all generated content before publication.

6. Governing Law & Contact
